Continuum Releases Two Innovative Tools for Continuum Partners

Continuum recently made two new additions to its RMM platform. The company has introduced anti-malware software, supported by Malwarebytes; and a Continuum Network Detective, a new network assessment tool powered by RapidFire Tools.

Continuum partners will now be able to make the most of these new product enhancements and provide their customers with robust anti-malware protection, as well as assist them in performing full network assessments for their existing and prospective customers. This, in turn, will help them generate new business and advance the overall customer experience.

"Network Detective is a superior network assessment tool that helps us win new business very efficiently,” said Bruce Campbell, vice president of marketing at Clare Computer Solutions, a California-based MSP and Continuum partner. “It's a fast, cost-effective way for us to produce comprehensive reports that alert customers to potential problems with their IT infrastructure before any work begins and helps to establish us as the trusted advisor with these new customers. Having seamless access to top-notch tools from Continuum simplifies our ability to add new accounts and deliver enhanced services to our customers."

Continuum has successfully managed to meet its deliverables for 2012 and introduced a number of enhancements, including Enhanced SNMP monitoring, which provides advanced surveillance with support for custom MIBs. Additionally, expanded endpoint coverage as Continuum's new Mac agent allows partners to sell Mac support services and opens the door to new revenue opportunities.

"RapidFire Tools Network Detective and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware are just the latest examples of how we not only listen to partners' needs but also exercise high standards of due diligence in delivering capabilities that are second to none in terms of product functionality and bottom-line benefits,” said Dee Zepf, vice president of product management and technical services at Continuum. “We established an aggressive product roadmap at the beginning of the year that is driven by partner input, and we are on track to hit our product development targets going into the second half of 2012."

Other enhancements include Broader virtualization support through VMware and Hyper-V Host monitoring, and third-party application patching that includes automatic updates for external products such as Adobe (News - Alert) Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air, Adobe Shockwave; Java Runtime Environments; SDKs and many more.
