Four Winds Interactive Clients Accomplish Digital Signage Excellence

Four Winds Interactive (FWi) recently revealed that three of its clients have been recognized with digital signage awards in the past couple of months. The clients, who are from two different industries, have been awarded for distinction in implementation of digital signage solutions.

One of FWi’s clients, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, was recognized at the Digital Signage Expo with a 2012 Bronze Apex (News - Alert) Award in the Hospitality category. DSE had nominated 88 contestants from 18 countries for the Bronze Apex Award, which was won by The Cosmopolitan for its pioneering and original work carried out in association with FWi.

Washington State Ferries, another client of FWi, was recognized by the Digital Screenmedia Association or DSA in April with a 2012 Industry Excellence Award for "Best Travel Deployment -- Digital Signage". The finest digital signage, mobile and self-service kiosk technology implementations are honored by DSA annually.

Lastly, Flamingo Las Vegas was nominated as one of the top three winners of the 2012 Visionary Awards instituted by Hospitality Technology or HT magazine. A chosen set of accommodation companies are recognized by HT annually for their exceptional accomplishments in delivering technological excellence. Flamingo Las Vegas’ work with FWi has been honored by HT as a "Customer-Facing/In-Room Technology Innovator".

In a release, David Levin, president and CEO, Four Winds Interactive said, "We're proud to serve award-winning organizations like The Cosmopolitan, Washington State Ferries and the Flamingo Las Vegas. Like all of our clients, their dedication to creating the best experience for their customers inspires us to strive for continued innovation and excellence."

An all-inclusive digital network, which includes over 200 displays spread across the property, has been developed and deployed by FWi along with The Cosmopolitan. The network not only helps in locating paths in the property but also provides meeting-space signage, progressives and restaurant menus among others.

An interactive signage network was then developed by FWi and the Flamingo Las Vegas to allow guests and visitors to find their way much less complexly.
