Quest's 30 Year Journey - A Landscape Dotted with Success

After 30 years of helping companies manage their technology needs, Cindy and Tim Burke, the founders of Quest, can look back with satisfaction at their accomplishments of the past three decades.

Since 1982, Quest has been a trusted technology consulting and management firm, delivering successful solutions for clients from Fortune 50-5000 companies, and according to Burke, has always retained its focus of serving clients in accordance with their evolving needs.

“This simple focus is what brings clients back and is summed up in our approach; 'How Can We Help?'" said Burke, president and CEO at Quest.

Founded when the PC revolution was still in its infancy, Quest's initial client base comprised large data centers that bought peripheral PC products and supplies. In response to customers' requirements, however, the founders broadened their vision and extended their goal to helping clients achieve business goals by catering to their technology needs.

From that point on, there was no looking back for Quest. It grew more every year, regarded today as a premier provider of business technology management to businesses of all sizes, offering clients a wide array of products and a broad portfolio of professional, cloud and managed services – either on their premises or from Quest's secure global service delivery centers.

Its growing network of service delivery centers extend across the country and meet the highest possible safety and security standards.

Partnerships with some of the most influential technology businesses in the world help it extend the scope of its products and services, and its motto has always been on creating a value-add experience for customers.

In fact, Burke stresses that Quest “has always been about the customer, and will always be, as long as we're leading the evolution of this industry.”

In line with a positive 30-year anniversary, Quest is ranked one of the top 500 VAR business solution providers in the U.S. and has been named on CRN's top 250 Tech Elite and recognized as their top cloud company. It was recently ranked as the ninth top global managed services provider by MSPMentor.

"We are grateful to have reached this significant milestone and could not have achieved it without the support of our employees who have contributed to our growth and success," Burke said. "We look forward to continued success in the years to come."
