Important Data Security Certifications Achieved by eScan

eScan for Linux servers has been recognized by Virus Bulletin Test Laboratory with the coveted 'VB100' award. eScan for Windows has also successfully achieved the AV-Comparatives and ICSA Certification.

eScan’s most recent version 6.2 was used by the VB100 test, performed on the Red Hat (News - Alert) Enterprise Linux platform. The Windows 7 32-bit version of eScan was used for the ICSA Anti-Virus Certification Testing. On-demand Detection of Malicious Software like false alarm tests was tested by the AV-Comparative test, performed on 291388 different samples.

The distinguished certifications within the industry include VB100, AV-Comparative and ICSA, which concentrate not only on virus detection rates and scanning speeds, but on the quality of each product while scanning select clean files.
