By Calvin AzuriSFL Data recently announced the arrival of Intelligent Case Assessment (ICA) workflow for Relativity, designed to ensure early case assessment.
Customers using the new ICA tool will see increased cull rates, improved rapid review time, a substantial reduction in costs and enhanced defensibility. The company is highly regarded in e-discovery managed service for Fortune 500 corporate legal departments and law firms.
"We're excited to see Premium Hosting Partners like SFL Data using Relativity to deliver new service offerings to their clients,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO at kCura. “It provides end users another flexible option for using Relativity to enhance the e-discovery process."
As soon as a customer implements the ICA solution, SFL Data Discovery Solutions Consultants provide support for filtering, processing, searching and analyzing data. Clients are provided with a secure password to log into Relativity. Once in, the client experiences instant access, search and analysis of case data before reviewing; a robust and intuitive user interface; simple and complex search capabilities spanning all text, metadata and user decisions and complex and customized granular search reporting.
"As e-discovery is extremely deadline-oriented, it's essential to start the process out right,” said Sonya Sigler, SFL Data VP of Product Strategy and Consulting. “Using ICA, our clients get better cull rates, accelerated review time and a much greater awareness of how evidentiary data affects their case. Assessing a case at the beginning will save clients time and money later in the e-discovery process, when deadlines are even more imminent.”
Clients will also be able to reach faster analysis and categorization of data via advanced Relativity features, which include Pivot and filtering; easy promotion of documents either for production or reviewing; and translation covering a number of file formats and languages.
