Entando Partners with Open Source ESB Vendor GreenVulcano

Entando and GreenVulcano have partnered to allow its customers to seamlessly plug-in any type of legacy system or future application to their portals.

This capability, according to the companies, will ensure that the companies get the highest return on past investments while staying open to the latest technology trends.

Entando provides an integrated open source enterprise portal platform and content management system, and GreenVulcano is an open source enterprise service bus (ESB) vendor.

The new integration layer will be available for the next release of the Entando enterprise edition and offer several benefits, including cost efficiency, ease of integration, ease of customization and ability to connect the past to the future.

Because both companies embrace open source and agile development, they are successful in reducing costs in a significant manner and make it easy to bring customer products to the market.

GreenVulcano's ESB features a plug-in architecture that enables unlimited expansion and customization, making it possible to connect many different types of systems to Entando at the same time.

Due to the flexible architecture of both solutions, skilled Java developers can easily customize the portal with any apps or software without having to be trained in proprietary technologies.

Also, the time legacy enterprise software can be easily integrated with the portal, and this increases the return on expensive past investments.
