EMC Certification Awarded to Reveille Management Consoles for EMC Documentum, Captiva

Reveille Software, a provider of the packaged application performance management (APM) solution for enterprise content management (ECM) applications, has obtained EMC (News - Alert) Certification for its Reveille Management Consoles for EMC Documentum and EMC Captiva solutions.

The certification process, carried by EMC and an independent third-party organization, thoroughly assesses solutions for functional completeness, performance/scalability, security, deployability, supportability and interoperability.

Under EMC Certified Solution program, EMC Information Intelligence Group (IIG) product experts validate the product solution architecture to ensure the solution provides a robust technology foundation for complex implementations.

The Reveille Management Console for Documentum can be added on to EMC Documentum for achieving operational and resource management of Documentum performance and service levels, and providing live monitoring of the user experience. Predefined Document scorecard metrics provide deep operational insight for capacity planning and application governance of actual user experience. With Reveille Management Console for Documentum, technical issues can be automatically diagnosed and repaired without compromising the user experience.

According to a press release, the Reveille Management Console for Captiva is the only EMC Certified agentless management application for EMC Captiva that ensures the timely operation of key components and processes of a Captiva implementation.
