Quest Unveils PacketTrap 6.2

Recently, the company introduced an improved voice management product to manage the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems in firms. The Foglight Network Management System (NMS) from the company now provides support for Avaya (News - Alert) VoIP systems.

By providing support for Avaya systems, Quest makes sure that Avaya customers derive the most from their investment. The service facilitates network administrators and engineers to get greater visibility into how their network and Avaya VoIP systems work together.
