DynamicOps Announces Key Cloud Provider Partnerships That Raise It Above the Competition

Cloud providers are integral in helping enterprise customers reduce operating expenses, empower the user and drive efficiency. However it requires a special company to rise above the field of simply competent cloud providers. Essentially, cloud computing consists of a ‘pay for use’ model similar to what a utility company offers. A company’s size and its computing prerequisites dictate the scale of services it will require.

Cloud features, such as scalability and on-demand resource allocation, are fundamental to why an increasing number of large enterprises are incorporating the cloud into their business. DynamicOps' cloud automation and management solutions enable enterprises to evolve existing infrastructures into scalable private, public and desktop cloud services in days.

The company is renowned for its Operations Virtualization technology with its extensive out-of-the-box functionality, fast time-to-cloud value and response to market demands that the software meets. In addition, DynamicOps was awarded “Best of VMworld 2011 Private Cloud” and named “Cool Vendor in Cloud Management” by Gartner (News - Alert) Research. The company has just announced that IDC named it a “company to watch” in cloud systems management software.

According to Mary Johnston Turner, IDC (News - Alert) Research vice president, “IDC believes DynamicOps is a company to watch because the company's extensible management platform has gained early traction with more than 90 enterprise-class customers... and its platform is architected to automate a range of server and desktop provisioning and configuration management workflows. The firm has been winning beachhead accounts among major financial services companies...and recently started to develop channel partner relationships with sophisticated systems integrators and outsourcers.”

DynamicOps' new channel partners bring a broad-based expertise and extensive customer reach to the company. Each boasts a strong market presence and a high level of technology expertise. These include Excelian, a solutions provider that offers services and technologies for the capital markets and commodities space; Microland, a service provider specializing in cloud infrastructure services, and Logicent Solutions, a consulting partner with expertise in maximizing operational efficiencies and user experience through private cloud and virtualization.

M.S. Rangaraj, chief innovation officer at Microland stated, “As a comprehensive Cloud Lifecycle solutions provider, we constantly see enterprises wanting to transform and adopt the new IT delivery paradigm, which is all about access to information anytime, anywhere on any client end point. This requires a change in the delivery enablement model, namely automating delivery, operational control and lifecycle management of physical, virtual and cloud-enabled server and desktop resources. These capabilities are exactly what DynamicOps provide. We are excited to partner with DynamicOps, an acknowledged thought leader in the Operations Virtualization space. They are a natural fit for Microland's ‘Now to Cloud’ services and solutions.”

Logicent Solutions is a company whose value is making sure that the right solution is designed and implemented for each specific environment. They see DynamicOps as a key component in helping their enterprise customers reduce operating expenses and maintain efficiency. According to Graham Bell, director at Logicent Solutions, “Logicent Solutions is delighted to partner with DynamicOps. As specialists in private cloud and virtualization, we are approached by many software vendors with their proposed solutions, but there are very few that we are happy to align with - DynamicOps is certainly one of these.”
