Quest Announces New IAM Solution

Quest Software (News - Alert), a provider of simple and innovative IT management solutions, recently unveiled One Identity Solution, a new Identity and Access Management solution that makes businesses more agile and secure, while reducing the burden on IT.

Reinforced by BiTKOO (News - Alert) granular access technology, One Identity Solutions simplify governance activities to ensure that IT isn't spending limited time, staff and budget preparing for audits. Moreover, the solution also monitors and controls privileged access to significantly reduce the organization's exposure.

Quest One Identity Solution will be integrated with BiTKOO granular access technology, enabling companies to leverage improved access controls with Seamless security integration, compliance confidence and fast, cost effective implementation. In and all, Quest One Identity Solutions will enable the companies to reduce security risks, increase IT efficiency and minimize the pain and cost associated with audits.

In other news, Quest Software and ExaGrid Systems, Inc. recently teamed up to deliver highly optimized virtual data protection. Using Quest vRanger in tandem with ExaGrid's disk backup appliance provides customers with a highly efficient, disk-based backup solution tailored to meet the specific needs of VMware virtual environments.
