FishNet Security Introduces Cloud Based Threat Monitoring and Response Service

In an effort to enable businesses to accurately log information about security events across multiple sources and proactively respond to emerging threats, FishNet Security, a provider of information security solutions recently launched a new cloud-based threat monitoring and response service called ThreatDetect. The new solution complements the company’s managed security products.

In a press release, FishNet Security clarified that the new solution is capable of securely gathering logs from many sources including variety of network and security devices, such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, servers, routers and switches for advanced correlation and effective security event reporting.

The solution has been designed to enable the customers to create custom policies. It also allows the customers to build reports to fit any business requirements or regulatory compliance needs.

This cloud base service is backed up by 24x7x365 monitoring by the FishNet Security experts. Leveraging the power of cloud, FishNet’s Security Operations Center (SOC) is able to offer real-time analysis of network and application security alerts to the clients.

Businesses can decrease expenses and deployment timelines with ThreatDetect, its maker claimed in the release.

Other benefits of ThreatDetect includes file integrity monitoring, data leakage prevention, active threat defense and compliance support.

Under the agreement, FishNet Security was to offer a broader range of services to protect and secure mobile devices to all its customers with the most stringent compliance and security standards available today.
