Oracle-Acquired Taleo Customers Get Fast Track to Social Talent from Jobscience

Jobscience recently announced the Jobscience Social Recruiting FastPass for Taleo Business Edition customers that are impacted by Oracle (News - Alert). Taleo customers will now be able to take advantage of the Jobscience program to find social talent. Jobscience is one of the leading providers of Talent Relationship Management on the salesforce.com Force.com platform.

In a release, Ted Elliot, CEO of Jobscience said “It's nice to see Oracle has conceded that Cloud Computing is the new way to operate, but Taleo customers have to be concerned about future product direction and support from a server company that builds massive databases, that doesn't have social DNA. Recruitment has transformed beyond the Cloud and now must embrace Social relationships where HR applications are not in proprietary Cloud silos, but part of a Social organization supported by a social ecosystem.”

He continued, “Jobscience lets companies build relationships with talent by leveraging Social verse traditional application mills pumping out transactions that don't lead to the right hires. Jobscience allows Taleo customers a way to transform the way they interact with talent and avoid becoming another Oracle transaction.”

Currently available to all Taleo Business Edition customers affected by the recent Oracle acquisition, the Jobscience Social Recruiting FastPass program comes with a number of benefits such as a free basic account set up; free Taleo Migration Package that will be powered by Jitterbit until July 31, 2012; live and recorded web-based training sessions customized for Taleo migration customers. Those customers who opt for the program before the 1st of April 2012 will also be provided Premier Phone (News - Alert) Support for first 90 days.

Jitterbit offers customers robust, secure and easy to use data and application integration software. George Gallegos, CEO of Jitterbit said “Data migration is the often overlooked roadblock for businesses that want to realize the full potential of their Cloud and Social technology investments. As a member of the Force.com social ecosystem, we are excited to provide the data migration solution that will help current Taleo customers quickly realize the powerful benefits of Jobscience and the Force.com platform.”

In other news, according to a recent announcement made by Jobscience, its TalentCloud solution has received tremendous response by IT service partners in APAC, Europe and the U.S. The company announced that more than eight IT service partners have been able to centralize the recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of employees, while simultaneously leveraging the tremendous cost-savings and flexibility of Force.com.
