The combined offering will be capable of supporting up-coming advancements which include tablet technology and Cognos (News - Alert) reporting tools. Both HarrisData and ABC Services depend on IBM technology to enable mission-critical support for addressing the requirements of mid-market customers.

Additionally, the new offering will bring down total cost of ownership for customers who otherwise are strapped with increasing software maintenance and service fees. The solution will also enable faster implementation and will allow customers to obtain their software solution and hardware all in one discounted fixed package.
