TMC Presents 2011 Cloud Computing Excellence Award to Aerohive Networks

TMC (News - Alert) has recognized the innovative features of the BR100 Router from Aerohive (News - Alert) with the 2011 Cloud Computing Excellence Award.

The 2011 Cloud Computing Excellence Award, sponsored by Cloud Computing Magazine is presented to businesses that design and develop new solutions utilizing the power of cloud computing. The January 2012 issue of Cloud Computing Magazine featured the winners list.

Aerohive explained that its BR100 Router merges the power of 802.11n performance, enterprise security and advanced wired/wireless management with cloud computing to help users realize a zero-touch branch network deployment.

The solution is built with fast roaming, user-based access control, and fully stateful firewall policies, as well as additional security and RF networking features and it doesn’t need a dedicated or centralized controller.
