Astadia Helps Organizations Transform into Social Enterprises

Astadia, a cloud computing consulting and systems integrator, is an expert in building integrated cloud platforms with salesforce.com, Eloqua (News - Alert), Informatica, and Zuora.

The company recently announced it has extended technology partnerships and service capabilities as part of its strategy to “help organizations transform into social enterprises.”

Astadia has invested heavily in the development of new offerings and methodologies that will deliver business transformation across the enterprise.

Most recently the company added Zuora (News - Alert) as a key strategic partner to expand its Cloud solution capabilities.

Astadia accelerates its lead-to-cash solution with the addition of Zuora. The strategic partnership will help the company extend its lead-to-cash solution platform.

“A true social enterprise allows marketing, sales and customer service teams to monitor and take action through and from social communities,” said David Woodhead, SVP, Innovation and Transformation Group at Astadia, in a statement.

“Our Concept-to-Market, Lead-to-cash and Trouble-to-Resolution frameworks enable our consultants to accelerate the monetization of the social enterprise,” Woodhead added.

Astadia's Social Enterprise solutions include a comprehensive suite of lifecycle services supporting the social enterprise. Featuring Social Media Assessment, Social Enterprise CloudMap, Social Enterprise Technology and Social Enterprise Managed Services, the service helps enterprises build a social enterprise strategy.

As part of its efforts to accelerate social enterprise adoption, Astadia recently employed Radian6 as its preferred cloud technology to monitor, listen and engage social communities. The company has conducted over 40 social media assessments for its enterprise customers.

“A true social enterprise allows marketing, sales and customer service teams to monitor and take action through and from social communities,” said David Woodhead, SVP, Innovation and Transformation Group at Astadia. “Our Concept-to-Market, Lead-to-cash and Trouble-to-Resolution frameworks enable our consultants to accelerate the monetization of the social enterprise.”

Astadia recently announced the launch of its Innovation & Transformation Group (ITG). The latest investment in a dedicated Zuora practice is part of the ITG, according to company officials.
