ExtraHop Networks Plans to Grow Rapidly in EMEA

ExtraHop Networks (News - Alert) has announced its plans to grow rapidly in EMEA through their channel partner program.

Recently named an "APM Innovator" by Gartner Research, ExtraHop Networks offers network-based application performance management (APM) solutions designed to help IT teams fix problems and optimize the performance of IT infrastructure.

The company is now entering into the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) market building on its customer base in the USA including Adobe, Concur, Microsoft (News - Alert) and other industry leaders.

ExtraHop Networks’ ExtraHop system is said to provide powerful proactive early warning, triaging and troubleshooting combined with mapping and measuring capabilities.

Partners can leverage the ExtraHop system to deliver significant value to their customers almost immediately. The value delivered is immediate because the solution deploys quickly in just 15 minutes and discovers and classifies devices on the network automatically, without any manual configuration.

"Our breakthrough network-based approach to APM (News - Alert) directly addresses incredibly painful problems for customers that are nearly impossible to solve using traditional monitoring tools," said Owen Cole, vice president of EMEA Sales at ExtraHop Networks. "Our prospective customers in the EMEA will appreciate this new and innovative approach to solving a difficult problem-ensuring that business-critical transactions do not fail."

ExtraHop has signed a partner agreement with COMPUTERLINKS and will implement a 100 percent channel, two-tier model for distribution in the EMEA region.

"During our due diligence on ExtraHop we spoke to many happy customers that have reduced their mean time to resolution by 70 percent and more. Specifically, we were impressed by the ease of installation and almost non-existent management requirements for the system,” said David Ellis, director of New Technologies and Services at COMPUTERLINKS.

“This is in stark contrast to many other APM products that require massive efforts to configure and maintain. Our partners can solve significant challenges for their customers in a short amount of time-especially for those customers moving to virtual and cloud-based environments. Resolving application problems can be more difficult in the cloud but the ExtraHop system solves this problem."

ExtraHop Networks was in news last year for signing a deal with SevOne, a provider of network performance management solutions, to bring best-of-breed performance monitoring solutions to the market.
