3Cinteractive Integrates Cloud-Based Mobile Platform with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Framework

3Cinteractive, a provider of cloud-based enterprise mobile solutions, has become a Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM Independent Software Vendor (ISV). The official vendor status enables Switchblade, 3Ci’s cloud-based mobile platform, to be integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM framework.

Moreover, this will enable Microsoft Dynamics CRM clients to communicate with consumers, complete business processes, and provide information on-demand with a short time to market and minimal expense barrier.

“We are extremely excited about this strategic integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as this furthers our strategy of leveraging our Switchblade platform to extend enterprise CRM communications to mobile devices,” said Jeremy Martin, 3Cinteractive’s senior vice president of Business Development, in a statement.

“Our solution provides significant value by allowing Microsoft Dynamics CRM clients to seamlessly leverage the mobile channel by relying on Switchblade for secure, ubiquitous and compliant access across the fragmented mobile channels of messaging, voice, smartphone apps and mobile Web,” Martin added.

It is an important development for customers as it allows for the seamless extension of customer relationship management (CRM) processes to the mobile device, according to company officials.

According to 3Cinteractive, the Switchblade platform is designed to allow Microsoft Dynamics CRM clients to deploy multi-channel applications that include messaging, mobile Web, smartphone apps and voice, that work on any carrier or device.

“The capabilities 3Cinteractive's Switchblade platform brings to Dynamics CRM clients are a great example of Microsoft's commitment to continue to bring best of breed technology capabilities into the Dynamics CRM platform,” said Will Roche, Microsoft’s US Dynamics Retail Industry Market Development manager, in a statement.

“The ability to securely extend the intelligence and capabilities of the Dynamics CRM platform to consumers' mobile devices will enhance the reach and effectiveness of Loyalty, Client Telling and Demand Generation,” Roche added.

Recently, 3Cinteractive announced that its Switchblade platform has processed over seven billion mobile transactions in 2011. Switchblade currently processes more than 750 million mobile Web page hits, text messages, and voice calls per month for 3Ci's clients, many of which support critical business processes for the largest companies in the world.
