Trevera Helps Companies Leverage Oracle-based Systems to Enhance Operations

Trevera Inc. announced the launch of its systems integration, staff augmentation, and support services to serve companies with Oracle (News - Alert)-based systems in Southern California and across the United States.

Trevera guides clients on how to use information technology to achieve strategic and operational objectives. The company provides solutions, resources, and support for Oracle products including Oracle Databases and E-Business Applications.

It was revealed that Trevera founders, Michael Bilotta, Sean Chawla, and Manoj Chawla, leveraged their capabilities in areas such as enterprise solutions architecture, engagement /project management, resource augmentation, database / applications administration, managed services and the overall Oracle ecosystem to serve client organizations.

Michael Bilotta, CEO of Trevera said in a release, “This officially confirms our commitment to be known as a different type of consulting and support organization. In a market where customers typically experience frustration with technology, Trevera turns that frustration into knowledge and results that can be leveraged.”

“Our mission is straightforward,” Bilotta added. “It’s to engage the fusion between technology and business in ways that allow organizations to capitalize on attainable value. Although the enterprise application industry continues to consolidate in structure, the nature of its products continues to grow in complexity and magnitude.”

According to officials in enterprise application industry, the nature of its products becomes more complex and greater in magnitude, which dissuades companies from employing their technology deployments.

“The ultimate goal is to help organizations better manage technology and eliminate the frustrations, ambiguities and inefficiencies that keep them from deriving the most benefit from their technology investment,” added Bilotta.

The support services will serve clients by closely matching customer requirements with qualified skill sets. Also, they will benefit from the customer service, account support and executive sponsorship offered by Trevera, which feature Oracle expertise.

Trevera services will encompass blended support models, virtualization, leveraging Managed Services Automation (MSA), and proactive monitoring. Also, it was revealed that Trevera’s support will integrate with Trevera’s solution and resource augmentation capabilities.

Officials added that Trevera’s focus on the system life cycle will help organizations to benefit in every stage of development.
