- Alert) Inc., a major player in Business Process Management (BPM) and customer-centric software solutions.
SMS officials said that the alliance will focus on delivering robust BPM solutions across a number of industries.
Company officials said that this best-in-class combination of Pega’s industry-leading BPM solutions and SMS’s end-to-end consulting and IT services is expected to help clients in the Asia Pacific market transform business processes, drive greater efficiencies and improve customer service.
SMS and Pega will offer full end-to-end BPM solutions, including Pega’s software and SMS’s consulting and delivery resources, ongoing services and full training and enablement, allowing clients to foster the business agility necessary to meet ongoing change requirements.

Pega is a leader in its field and many of our clients have actively encouraged SMS to extend its BPM capabilities to include the Pega offering,” said Trevor Townsend, National Practice Director (Systems Integration) at SMS, in a statement.

McCormack said that through this relationship, the companies are jointly able to offer the full spectrum of solutions and services across a wide variety of industries, and provide a rapid return on investment.
In March, SMS announced that is has been appointed as the Information Technology Partner by Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) to lead the development and implementation of its core business management system. The contract is expected to be worth approximately $2.7 million and will involve a team of up to 12 SMS consultants throughout various stages of the project.
