IDC (News - Alert) in its 2011 'MarketScape: Business Process Platforms' assessment recognized TIBCO Software Inc. as a leader for its overall product capabilities, technology platform, platform strategy and development environment. The assessment was done based on the leading Business Process Platform vendors' offerings with focus on portfolio differentiation and innovation, and capabilities like strength of technical platform and business level functionality.
