Avidian Technologies Unveils Platform-Independent Mobile CRM

Prophet OnDemand users can now access their CRM data from any Internet-connected mobile device, just by utilising the newly released Prophet Mobile Web from Avidian Technologies.

The company officials said that this latest innovation is the further enhancement to their leading line of Microsoft Outlook-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

"The iPhone, iPad and various Android (News - Alert) devices have had a tremendous impact on the way companies do business," said Tim Nguyen, chief information officer, Avidian Technologies.

According to Nguyen, the Prophet Mobile Web empowers users of these devices and virtually any other mobile platform with a Web browser to take their customer and sales information with them wherever they go.

Prophet Mobile Web uses users’ CRM data stored in Avidian’s private, secure cloud. Thus, it acts as an extension of Prophet OnDemand, the Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) version of Avidian’s award winning CRM software.

The company has also added other most wanted features like access contacts, companies and opportunity data from virtually any phone, secure login. It even allows users view, create and edit opportunities, add data/time stamp notes and track activity types associated with notes etc.

The company is offering the new Prophet Mobile Web globally and Prophet OnDemand customers and prospective Prophet OnDemand customers can get lucky to use the new Prophet Mobile Web for a limited time for free. Following this introductory period, pricing will start at $14.95 per user/per month, said the company officials.
