T-Systems and Beyondsoft Form Partnership for Systems Integration Business

T-Systems (News - Alert), a provider of integrated ICT solutions, and the Chinese IT service provider Beyondsoft, announced their partnership for cooperating in the systems integration business.

Addressing Chinese and European companies, Beyondsoft and T-Systems help them in covering their demand for system application services in China.

T-Systems, the corporate customer arm of Deutsche Telekom (News - Alert), will pool its consulting and software development business for projects locally to the customer. Beyondsoft is providing support in expanding the production site in Wuhan.

Corporations already outsource ICT solutions to T-Systems from China. The agreement enables key accounts in China to get better access to worldwide IT services, and their business development and innovation will benefit from the expertise of both companies.

“China is one of the most important growth markets. Together with Beyondsoft we want to serve the growing demand in the Chinese market and further expand our delivery capacities,” said Ulrich Meister, head of Systems Integration at T-Systems, emphasizing the collaboration agreement, in a statement.

The agreement was signed in Berlin in the presence of the German Federal Minister of Economics, Philipp Rösler, and the Deputy Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, Zhang Xiaoqiang, as part of the first Sino-German government consultations.

“We are thrilled to be working closely with T-Systems,” said Ben Wang, CEO of Beyondsoft. “Meanwhile, Beyondsoft can create new services by combining T-Systems' expertise in multiple vertical industries with Beyondsoft's well-established presence in China, which will create even more value for our customers.”

The agreement is significant as many European corporations and car producers can rely on T-Systems even after setting up their manufacturing base in China.

Recently, T-Systems announced it has earned a global Run SAP (News - Alert) certification from SAP AG, for operations and implementation. This certification makes the company a SAP Global Support Partner for services, support and hosting. The SAP global partnership stretches across national borders and spans a broad range of industries, technologies and user groups.
