Bradford Networks Now Offers Greater Flexibility in Network Access Policy Enforcement after Upgrading Network Sentry

The company recently announced that it has released a new version of its Network Sentry solution, which is now better equipped in the detecting and managing of IP devices on a network while at the same time offering organizations greater flexibility in enforcing network access policies.

Network Sentry is one of the first companies to provide a network security offering that automatically identifies and profiles all devices. The company will showcase a demo of the new version of Network Sentry during the Gartner (News - Alert) Security & Risk Management Summit, which is taking place in National Harbor, Maryland from June 20-23.

The new features and enhancements in Network Sentry are: greater flexibility which now provides users with more ways to configure and enforce access policies, and to communicate with administrators and users; improved network visibility, building a detailed topology of the entire network for complete visibility, providing administrators with more information about the network environment and more ways to view and access the data; automated discovery, which significantly improves the management and detection of IP devices, enabling organizations to discover and manage the latest consumer and mobile devices connecting to their networks, including tablets, eReaders, smartphones and more.

Network Sentry 5.2 is available immediately for purchase. All current Bradford customers with existing maintenance contracts are entitled to upgrade to version 5.2
