Transfer Solutions Selects Mendix Platform for Its Oracle- User Clients

The leading ICT service provider and an Oracle gold Partner, Transfer Solutions has decided to utilize the Mendix Agile (News - Alert) Business Platform to provide complete application lifecycle management for its Oracle-user clients. The decision is intended o fill up the void that has been created following Oracle’s (News - Alert) taking its Forms and Reports Designer off the market.

Mendix's Agile Business Platform is a complete solution for agile application lifecycle management in the cloud. According to its maker, Mendrix, the platform rapidly develops, deploys and manages applications that smoothly integrate with existing systems. According to Mendix, the platform is being used by 20,000-users worldwide.

Since Oracle has not yet come up with a substitute for their Designer and Forms Development Suite after its withdrawal, Transfer Solutions' software developers were facing some difficulties.  Transfer Solutions’ adoption of the Mendix Agile Business Platform will help its developers overcome these challenges.  It will facilitate project completion, without losing speed and flexibility, the officials at Mendrix maintained.

“With Mendix, Transfer Solutions will be able to create unique value propositions by leveraging existing Oracle application landscapes for their clients, while enhancing agility and usability,” alliance leader for Mendix Björn de Visser noted in a press release.

According to Albert Leenders, the technical director for Transfer Solutions Mendix's platform will enable Transfer Solutions to safeguard, and expand on is Oracle technology infrastructure, find a follow up for Oracle's 4 GL and create valuable options for the customers, allowing them to extend their legacy Oracle systems, now and well into the future.

Earlier this month, Alliance Global Services, a software development firm, announced that they will utilize the Mendix Agile Business Platform to power its new Agile Application Acceleration Services (A3).
