Xigo Urges its Clients to Use Xigo Pro

Xigo, the cloud-based solution, has announced that its customers can use Xigo Pro to increase cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Xigo Pro is designed to bring you the services you need at a small fraction of competing service costs, the company stated in a press release.

From small companies with as few as five devices to large multinational organizations with fixed, mobile and global cost management needs, Xigo’s flexible platform meets the needs of all types of businesses. However, use of Xigo’s solutions is not limited to actual employees or company managers. Using any one of Xigo’s products can benefit anyone with jurisdiction over a company’s wireless invoices.

“What many companies don’t realize is that standardizing on one or two mobile carriers and selecting the most competitively-priced bulk plan doesn’t mean you’re getting a good value,” said Dave Spofford (News - Alert), CEO of Xigo. “Wireless bills are riddled with throwaway charges and unnecessary subscriptions that cost companies millions of dollars for absolutely no value. Consultants and other external agents are in an ideal position to present these potential savings to their clients; they’re distinct from the organization and can analyze spending patterns in an objective way.”

Xigo’s new products include Xigo Pro, an inexpensive, self-service expense management application to manage the more complicated workflow automation tasks associated with mobile cost management, Xigo Enterprise, a complete set of global, expert capabilities on a unified platform covering everything from wireless to wire line, and Xigo Now, a free, instant, self-service, mobile focused expense management application that saves time and money in the management of companies’ mobile phone expenses.

Recently, the company unveiled a telecommunications expense management (TEM) solution: a free self-service platform that helps organizations of all sizes control their telecommunications expenses. Xigo said its Web-based application, Xigo Now, enables anyone within an organization to upload wireless bills and instantly receive savings recommendations in minutes, not months. The self-service offering eliminates long ramp up times and complicated implementation processes typically associated with legacy telecom expense management products and services.
