NetEnrich Unveils a New Cloud Practice for IT Solution Providers

NetEnrich has introduced a new Cloud Practice designed to support IT solution providers who have or want to build a full portfolio of cloud computing solutions aimed at small-to-medium enterprises.

Using the company’s Service Delivery Framework, this new Cloud Practice remotely manages IT application stacks and databases within private, public and hybrid cloud environments.

With the new Cloud Practice, solution providers can develop their own cloud managed services business or deliver ongoing managed services for aggregated network, software and other hosted cloud services from top vendors or distributors.

The company’s “Closet to Cloud” Service Delivery Framework provides solution providers a “single pane of glass” access to an end client's infrastructure and business critical applications.

NetEnrich Services Gateway (News - Alert) (NSG) and Agent technology power are the core technologies that power this framework. Company officials said that this enables the remote management of any IT infrastructure that exists within a traditional data center on-premise at any office location, or provisioned from a cloud environment.

Raju Chekuri, CEO at NetEnrich, said that solution providers play a vital role in bringing cloud services to fast-growing small-to-mid-market enterprises, a segment that is virtually untapped when it comes to operational IT and managed services.

All they need is a comprehensive portfolio of services and a credible IT operations back office with the confidence and experience to fully manage larger, more complex IT infrastructures 24x7, Chekuri said, adding that the company’s Cloud Services Practice offers this and ensures they retain complete control of their clients.

Services and value provided by NetEnrich’s Cloud Services Practice include access to expert IT staff who are managing large cloud environments, ITIL processes that scale for faster new client onboarding and instant managed services support, with 100 percent IT channel dedication.

In addition, it also eliminates unexpected late night and weekend emergencies that interrupt valuable personal time for owners and IT staffers. Company officials said that it offers an integrated NetEnrich Services Framework for full accountability, and execution on complex IT infrastructure and unified communications network environments and more.

NetEnrich partner Stratalux, a solution provider based in Southern California, said that it’s leveraging the Cloud Services Practice in its Platform-as-a-Service (Paas) model.

Earlier this year in April, NetEnrich launched its “Closet-to-Cloud” IT services portfolio, designed for small-midsized and very large enterprises.
