N-able Technologies Enters into an Alliance with Ingram Micro

Looking to offer its N-central 8.0 RMM platform and complementary tools sets across North America via the Ingram Micro (News - Alert) Cloud Marketplace, N-able Technologies has entered into an alliance with the Services Division of Ingram Micro.

The Cloud Marketplace by Ingram Micro aims to help VARs and MSPs source and manage a range of cloud and SaaS (News - Alert) solutions for end-customers.

As part of the distributor's growing IT cloud services portfolio, N-central 8.0 can be purchased by Ingram Micro solution providers and MSPs. In addition, N-able's Security Manager Endpoint and Anti-spam as well as Audit Manager and Report Manager products will also be offered through the distributor, the company stated in a press release.

“For N-able, the alliance represents an opportunity to broaden our reach while increasing brand awareness by taking part in what is fast becoming the IT industry's most comprehensive portfolio of cloud services available to channel partners throughout North America," said JP Jauvin, president and chief operating officer for N-able. "In addition, we look forward to participating at a higher level in the overall cloud community, engaging with other key cloud vendors to strengthen the health of the IT channel.”

To provide the technology, resources and expertise required by MSPs and solution providers to earn recurring revenues, reduce service costs and increase customer satisfaction, N-able and Ingram Micro will work together under terms of the North American agreement. This can be done by offering proactive managed services to their end customers in a cloud, software-as-a-service or on-premise model. MSPs and IT professionals can remotely manage and effectively support up to 750 devices per technician through use of the software.

Recently, the company stated that its newly unveiled Security Manager | Anti-spam is an enterprise-class anti-spam management solution that is capable of proactively blocking spam and guard against viruses at the client site, at the network operations center (NOC (News - Alert)) and in the cloud. The solution blocks spam by analyzing each desktop bound email message — passing legitimate messages through and quarantining non-legitimate messages with no delay.
