With simple, phone-based multi-factor authentication, Right Networks customers will now have the option to enhance the protected access to their applications and data. As there is there's nothing for users to install, no tokens or other devices to carry, and no changes to the login interface, the process is absolutely seamless to the company’s users, the company stated in a press release.
PhoneFactor's out-of-band architecture and real-time fraud alerts provide strong security for healthcare, enterprise, banking, and website applications. Right Networks is a hosting provider of the most popular small business accounting applications.

By entering a username and password, a user logs in just as he normally would. Instantly, the user's phone rings, he answers and presses #, and is immediately granted access. The user can block access by answering the phone and pressing 911# if an attacker attempts to log in. Allowing appropriate countermeasures can be taken, this instantly alerts Right Networks that an unauthorized access has been attempted.

The product is designed to protect against corporate networks attacks. PhoneFactor 2.1 has enhancements which allow companies to deploy and manage two-factor authentication across their enterprise.
