Kaseya Opts for Cloud9 for Global Sales Forecasting Solution

Kaseya, the premier global provider of IT Systems Management software, has chosen Cloud9 (News - Alert) as its global sales forecasting solution.

Cloud9 is the major player in on-demand sales forecasting and pipeline management solutions. Kaseya (News - Alert) opted for Cloud9’s sales forecasting and pipeline management solutions in order to meet its unique requirements.

“Cloud9 solutions were designed from the ground up to provide almost immediate value,” said Jim Burleigh, CEO at Cloud9. “For high-growth organizations like Kaseya, every day that goes by without instantly relevant sales forecasting and pipeline management visibility directly impacts the bottom line.”

Company officials at Kaseya said that Cloud9 provided a complete sales forecasting application instead of a collection of dashboards, and the time to value was in days to weeks instead of months, as opposed to deploying an enterprise BI solution.

“Even though we were in the middle of an enterprise BI evaluation, everything made sense about Cloud9 to support our sales forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching requirements,” said Jason Paquette, director of sales operations at Kaseya, in a press release.

“From rapid time-to-value to the fact that 95 percent of what we needed came right out-of-the-box, Cloud9 provided us with the visibility our sales managers need to effectively coach their teams, manage their pipeline more efficiently, and provide senior management with more predictable sales forecasts.”

Sales managers of Kaseya, with the help of Cloud9 are provided with immediately relevant information about what is changing in their pipeline. This helps them to better understand sales rep behaviors.

In related news, Kaseya has expanded the financial capabilities and organizational visibility of the Kaseya IT Automation platform with the introduction of two new modules - Service Billing 1.0 and Service Desk 1.3.
