Los Angeles Sees the First "Will-Call" Pickup Location from Newegg.Com

Newegg.com and NeweggBusiness customers located in the Los Angeles region now have the ability to save precious time and money with the launch of the “Will-Call” pickup location. Being the biggest online retailer focused on technology, Newegg.com offers its customers online ordering of their products and services, which they can then collect from the Newegg warehouse.

The new feature from Newegg.com allows complete flexibility to the consumer, with arrangements to collect their purchases for up to 7 days or pick them up within as early as 4 hours. Customers can also easily identify which orders qualify for the Will-Call feature right at the checkout screen.

As part of the launch celebrations, Newegg.com has organized a special event to mark the occasion on May 20. Held at the City of Industry Will Call Center, a free lunch is available for the first 150 entrants to the event. Plus, every participant gets a free Newegg swag and a chance to win several prizes.

In a release, VP of marketing and customer service, Bernard Luthi said that “Everything we do at Newegg is geared toward giving our customers more options for enjoying a seamless, easy and convenient shopping experience. With the debut of Will-Call at our California facility, we are giving both our B2B customers, many of whom are fulfilling mission critical business needs, as well as all our valued Newegg.com customers, often eager to own the latest and greatest as soon as it hits the market, a way to get even more control over their online shopping experience, saving both money and time in the process."

With over 500,000 products and services on offer from NeweggBusiness, its customers have ample choices to make along with a complete shopping experience. To add to this, customers also get detailed specifications of products, high resolution picture galleries, and more than 2 million product reviews to help them make their product decisions. The product range itself is priced at very competitive rates, with top quality business driven equipment, and the latest in terms of furniture, maintenance and consumable supplies.
