Network Hardware Resale Announces Major Service Enhancements

Santa Barbara, Calif., based Network Hardware Resale (News - Alert) (NHR) has undertaken major expansion of its NetSure family of comprehensive, fully-managed network service and support programs, providing a one-stop resource for network monitoring, technical support and unprecedented assurance for multi-manufacturer network environments.

NetSure is ideally suited for organizations looking to realize optimal ROI, protection and control over their network investments and refreshes.

Company officials said that they are backed by 24x7x365 service level agreements (SLA), global network operations centers, personalized technical support (via phone, email and online), and guaranteed next business day hardware replacement.

"Faced with ballooning maintenance costs, inflexible OEM contracts and unnecessary infrastructure upgrades, customers are demanding more economical and effective network services and support options," said Mike Sheldon, president and CEO of Network Hardware Resale, in a statement.

"We're enabling customers to extend the life of a network while at the same time manage against threats, all at performance levels that businesses demand today,"  said Gross.

According to company officials, at the heart of NetSure's service capability is a state-of-the-art Global Network Management and Network Operations Centers (NOC (News - Alert)), the first being built in Santa Barbara, California at the company's corporate headquarters.

It will complement a new facility in Amsterdam to accommodate growing global customer requirements. A third NOC in Singapore will be fully operational by the end of 2011.
