MobileCause Intros ONEbyONE to Increase Mobile Philanthropy

MobileCause, a web service platform provider for mobile fundraising, CRM, and donor communication for nonprofits in the U.S., announced that its new ONEbyONE mobile mentor program is designed to increase mobile philanthropy and offers U.S. nonprofits essential mobile tools free-of-charge.

Studies have estimated that 50% of the nonprofits in the U.S generate less than $500,000 a year. Also as good as their services are, often they do not have the budget to use a variety of fundraising tools.

ONEbyONE claims to be the first of its kind in both the nonprofit and mobile giving space that lets large and medium nonprofits to support a charity of their choosing. MobileCause will award a nonprofit whose fundraising revenues are below $500,000 with a free account and the included mobile messages, every time a nonprofit signs up for one of its Starter or Pro packages.

MobileCause explained that its mobile mentor program is not a competition among organizations but a way for nonprofits to help other nonprofits and so on. ONEbyONE will provide much needed support and service for hundreds of charities and their need to use mobile to contribute to their overall development goals.

By introducing a new mobile mentor program, MobileCause claimed that it has furthered its commitment to raise the tide of knowledge and use of state of the art mobile tools that will empower deserving startup and smaller nonprofits.

The Salvation Army, one of the clients of MobileCause acknowledged that as a client it has fully embraced the long term benefits of implementing mobile communication, CRM, and fundraising throughout its organization. ONEbyONE is a tremendous example of responsible corporate philanthropy that will help 100's if not thousands of smaller/start-up charities, doing very important work, afford the implementation of these vital and timely communication and fundraising tools. The organization looks forward to identifying a nonprofit that will benefit from the Salvation Army's opportunity to influence receipt of these services at no cost.
