Syntel to Demonstrate Independent Testing Solutions for Use with SAP Applications at SAPPHIRE NOW Conference

Syntel (News - Alert), Inc., a global information technology services and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) company, has decided to showcase its independent testing solutions at the SAPPHIRE NOW conference, May 15-18 in Orlando, booth 2252C. At the event, the company will demonstrate its independent testing solutions in support of SAP (News - Alert) applications.

Syntel’s demonstration at the event includes a suite of solutions for the independent testing of SAP applications that comprises of proven tools, methodologies, templates, accelerators, ready-to-use test cases and automation scripts. Independently, these elements can deliver incremental improvements in quality and efficiency, while in Syntel's integrated model they boost business results by further improving business performance and minimizing risk in the implementation, rollout, upgrade and maintenance of business-critical SAP applications.

Syntel's Integrated Test Accelerator is a key component of the suite. The Accelerator, built on iTAP, Syntel's proprietary testing platform, enables business-driven automated testing, and has the potential to cut down clients' testing burdens by as much as 30 percent.

Syntel, Inc was recently in news when it announced that Ashok Balasubramanian, head of Syntel's Cloud Computing Center of Excellence (COE), has been named to Tech America Foundation's Commission on the Leadership Opportunity in U.S. Deployment of the Cloud, also known as CLOUD².  

The purpose of the CLOUD² commission is to provide the Obama Administration with recommendations on how government can better deploy cloud technologies, as well as to propose public policies that will help leverage cloud-based innovation and drive economic growth.
