Verivue Releases OneVantage Comprehensive Content Delivery Solution

Verivue (News - Alert), Inc., a leading authority and innovator of digital content delivery, has recently announced the launch and availability of its OneVantage content delivery solution. OneVantage, a fully integrated suite of content delivery network (CDN) software elements, has been created to enable network operators to quickly and easily deploy new CDN services without the time and expense associated with developing custom solutions.

In a release, Jim Dolce, CEO of Verivue said that, “The introduction of the OneVantage solution builds upon Verivue’s acquisition of CoBlitz (News - Alert) in late 2010. This powerful, extensible and fully integrated platform expands our served market beyond managed video networks to include ‘over-the-top’ (OTT) video services and other rich interactive content.”

OneVantage provides a competitive operational multi-tenant CDN network, which includes a high performance cache, a request router for dynamic cache selection, and a full management and analytics suite enabling the operator and content owner to have detailed visibility to optimize the end user experience. OneVantage solution focuses on flexibility and extensibility. Its unique system design principle allows operators to deploy one infrastructure in support of a wide range of services and content, from live and on-demand streaming video to conventional HTML, thumbnail images, JavaScript and other small objects found on e-commerce and social networking websites.

In other news, Verivue Inc. has landed a deal with Telekomunikacja Polska (News - Alert) (TP), a fixed-line telecom operator in Poland, to deploy its OneVantage content delivery solution for the carrier’s nationwide Content Delivery Network (CDN) designed to deliver a broad range of content services. Verivue’s solution promises to enhance ability of content service provider to deliver large-scale traffic volumes and reduce the overall cost and meet ever increasing demand for rich media content delivered across multiple devices.
