Hypatia Research Launches Hypatia Go2Market Service

Market intelligence company Hypatia Research launched its unique corporate access subscription service, HypatiaG2M which includes an unlimited number of user seats.

HypatiaG2M is a comprehensive customer and market intelligence service designed to facilitate an organization's use of Hypatia’s research findings, benchmarks, market size and forecast, and best practices across industries and geographies.

As stated, the new HypatiaG2M service is an annual enterprise-level subscription service that includes: Access to all in-depth primary research; Access to Hypatia Galaxy vendor evaluation guides for enabling technologies; Access to all briefs, webinars, presentations; A complimentary advisory session with a Hypatia expert and a corporate-wide license, with 24/7 web access for an unlimited number of enterprise users.

“Subscribing to our growing library of customer intelligence research is an incredibly cost effective way gaining access to the pragmatic, use-case best practices, industry benchmarks, and performance metrics organizations seek in order to guide the organization to the next level,” Leslie Ament, vice president of research and advisory services said in a statement.

Hypatia’s vendor selection guides evaluate and rank enabling technologies for end-users utilizing a new vendor evaluation and rankings methodology–Hypatia's Galaxy. Vendors are evaluated according to weighted criteria, inclusive of number of customers, and product strategy or vision. Only 20 percent of vendors evaluated will place in Hypatia's orbit. The trademarked evaluation methodology was named in honor of Hypatia, a professor of astronomy, philosophy and mathematics.

Select vendor evaluation reports included in the Hypatia's Galaxy license include:   “Operationalizing Voice of the Customer: Maturity Models, Benchmarks & Best Practices”,    “Enterprise Social Media Investment: ROI Benchmarks & Best Practices”, and “Enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance.”

TMC (News - Alert) recently reported on the release of Hypatia’s report, titled “Operationalizing Voice of the Customer”, where the company has evaluated VOC Providers around the world. The study was conducted by interviewing executives and employees from more than 400 companies that use VOC software and services across numerous industries.
