Vindicia Opens Office in London

To capitalize on widespread pan-European demand for its services, Vindicia, a provider of SaaS (News - Alert) billing solutions that help digital leaders optimize customer retention and acquisition through integrated marketing best practices, has opened an office in London and has appointed Adrian Jenkins to lead its European operations.

Jenkins, who has been named vice president for Europe, most recently held the position of senior sales director at Western Continental Europe at Oracle (News - Alert).

He will act as the in-region executive responsible for growing Vindicia's presence and supporting its existing European clients across all areas of the company's operations.

"We have always envisioned Vindicia as a marketing asset for digital merchants around the world," said Gene Hoffman (News - Alert), co-founder and CEO of Vindicia, in a statement.

"Our team's experience with global clients before we founded Vindicia, as well as our experience with global clients since the inception of Vindicia, reinforce our belief that our client success in the U.S. is transferable to clients around the world,” said Hoffman.

“Establishing a U.K. and European base of operations in London led by a talented and experienced executive like Adrian will enable us to take this success to the next level,” he added. “We look forward to his contributions toward this critical area of our company's growth strategy.”

Establishment of a U.K. office underscores Vindicia's rapid global growth as the company responds to robust global demand for its services.

Officials with Vindicia said that the London office would help to enhance the company’s support of its existing UK clients while enabling it to scale to meet additional demand.

Comapny officials pointed out that to begin with, the London office will serve as Vindicia's base of operations for customers throughout Europe and later during this year the company plans to begin to introduce additional in-region European offices.

Recently, Vindicia announced that it has entered into a partnership with GlobalCollect (News - Alert) to give its customers access to an unrivalled portfolio of local, international, and alternative payment methods. This strategic cooperation offers Vindicia's merchants in the digital goods space the opportunity to obtain best of breed billing and subscription services, combined with GlobalCollect's broad range of payment options via its single-interface platform WebCollect.
