Avtex Launches New Brand Identity and Business Strategy

Avtex Solutions, LLC, the first true integrated interaction solution provider of portal, collaboration, contact center, CRM, custom application, infrastructure, unified communications and creative design solutions, has recently announced the launch of a new brand identity. Closely following the company’s merger with Inetium and Convergent, the company rolled out a new corporate identity, logo and tagline along with a fresh strategic focus.

Avtex (News - Alert) and Inetium are part of the Pohlad Family Companies and Avtex had recently acquired Convergent. With its expanded offerings, the core mission of the new Avtex will be to focus on helping its clients to optimize their interactions with employees, customers, partners and prospects through the use of communication and collaboration technologies.

Avtex has seven offices, 1,200 customers and combined sales revenue of over $50 million. Avtex has devised a strong strategy with the convergence of new technologies and a move toward cloud versus premise applications. The new Avtex will be offering a broad range of products and services with in-depth focus on portal, collaboration, contact center, CRM, custom application, infrastructure, UC and creative design by providing advanced communication and collaboration technologies through the collaboration.

In order to ensure a smoother transition for its customers, Avtex has formed an innovation team. The innovation team, with full access to the physical innovation lab, to beta products and partner support, will be responsible for the creation, testing and development of new technologies and broad range marketing of the company’s software applications. By the end of Q1 2011, the Avtex innovation team plans to begin roll-out of its newly-developed products.
