uSamp, an online sample company that provides global survey panelists and a sampling platform for use in market research, will launch the beta version of its enhanced panel access platform, known as SampleMarket 2.0. The solution provides a real-time access to a U.S. proprietary panel that includes a huge number of screened and vetted survey respondents.
The company has developed SampleMarket 2.0 as a part of its long-term plan of enabling fully automated delivery of market research sample, along with harnessing technology to expand the marketplace for quantitative research. Leveraging the new platform, market research firms will be able to generate and manage research projects in an effective manner. It also provides them with an advanced application programming interface (API) that can help them in seamlessly connecting it to their own technologies.
SampleMarket 2.0 is a self-service panel access platform that allows enterprises to enjoy better control over their sample, which further helps them in delivering real-time pricing and feasibility without having to communicate with other companies or research firms. Apart from offering comprehensive support for mobile devices, the solution enables the companies to log in to their market research projects right through their smartphones. They can also check on real-time feasibility and statistics, or stop and start projects from anywhere using the SampleMarket 2.0 platform.
Recently, uSamp had introduced a mobile surveying platform that offers location-based access to market researchers for having an insight into how millions of individuals use their smartphones and mobile devices for online surveys.
“With SampleMarket 2.0, we’re providing a full-service approach to self-service,” commented Matt Dusig, co-founder and chief executive officer at uSamp. “Market researchers will experience unprecedented control and transparency over their sample, enjoying easy and direct access to their projects through one centralized platform. They’ll be able to dive deeper, monitor progress and manage their projects in real-time, anytime and anywhere.”
In August 2010, uSamp announced that it was testing a mobile surveying platform with several mobile applications providers, for providing market researchers with access to the millions of individuals using smart phones and mobile devices such as the iPhone, Android (News - Alert), Blackberry and iPad.
