DPCI Collaborates with EnterMedia for Asset Management Projects

A partnership with EnterMedia, Inc., has been revealed by DPCI. EnterMedia open source digital asset management software has been developed by EnterMedia. Organizations that need to publish content to Web, print and mobile channels are provided integrated technology solutions by DPCI.

The two organizations will work together on several enterprise projects. Integrated, multi-channel content management and publishing systems will be built by using EnterMedia as the central digital asset management platform. EnterMedia Digital Asset Management Software will also be jointly marketed by the two organizations under this partnership.

EnterMedia was implemented by DPCI recently as part of a multi-channel publishing solution at Consumer Search, Inc. Consumer Search is a PRIMEDIA company that focuses on real estate advertising books. PRIMEDIA stores all types of digital assets centrally by using EnterMedia. A part of the self-service Web portal, the digital assets stored include ad templates, property images, stock photos, logos, and other PDF documents.

In a release, Chris Burkey, CEO of EnterMedia, said, “We are thrilled to establish a relationship with DPCI in a joint effort to market and sell EnterMedia Digital Asset Management. DPCI’s expertise in integrating digital asset management technologies with content management, workflow management, and multi-channel publishing systems will help expand the capabilities of the EnterMedia platform into organizations within a number of vertical markets.”

DPCI’s intention to contribute enhancements and modules to the EnterMedia digital asset management project is also signified with this partnership. EnterMedia digital asset management software has already been integrated by DPCI with various products. These include Adobe InDesign Server, Adobe LiveCycle and DataPlan Journal Designer. DPCI has also integrated EnterMedia digital asset management software with a variety of Microsoft (News - Alert) application platform technologies.
