New Distributor Partnerships Announced by Cybernet

Strategic partnership agreements with Synnex, Ingram Micro (News - Alert) and CDW have been finalized by Cybernet. These are the top three technology distributors in the industry. Apart from providing more options for their resellers, these partnerships will also help Cybernet to expand its sales channels. Cybernet is the pioneer in all-in-one PC technology.

All-in-one PCs are being designed and produced by Cybernet since 1995. The all-in-one PCs are contained within a keyboard or LCD monitor. Medical all in one computers along with fanless industrial PCs are also manufactured by Cybernet. Mini PCs are customized by Cybernet as per the specifications of their customer’s industry and business operations. Cybernet focuses primarily on health care, banking, government and education markets.

Apart from direct selling to customers, Cybernet’s primary sales focus is also selling to resellers. This is done via an in-house sales team. Indirect sales channels like distributors have also been occasionally used. In order to offer more choices to the resellers, Cybernet decided to expand the distribution network in 2010. Partnership agreements with the big three distributors have been sought by Cybernet. These distributors are expected to offer the best pricing and service.

Resellers of Cybernet are now offered the choice of three top distributors, Synnex, Ingram Micro, and CDW (News - Alert). Cybernet will continue directly selling to corporate enterprise customers. The new distribution plan will also ensure that the customers will also be offered the option of dealing with CDW.

End-user customers will be provided tech support by Cybernet for all their products. This is also true in the case of Cybernet’s products are purchased by the resellers through one of the distributors.

In a press release, Ali A. Bagheri, senior vice president at Cybernet, said, "Expanding our distribution network is the right thing to do for our growing reseller base, and moves us toward our long-term goal of expanding our reach within the vertical markets we currently serve. It helps us serve our resellers better, and they benefit from having more pricing options."

Bagheri added that the company will continue to provide technical support to the resellers’ customers as part of the business model. The company will ensure that end users’ operations run smoothly by ensuring the quality and reliability of the products.
