The Virtual Architecture Support Agreement is a single contractual support agreement. It includes on-going optimization services, contract cost consolidation, improved virtual architecture availability, and also synchronizes SLAs.

The Virtual Architecture Optimisation Services are the optimization services designed to reduce virtual server sprawl, mitigate infrastructure capacity constraints to remove performance bottlenecks, and ensure virtual architecture meets ICT consolidation and business improvement objectives.

The Virtual Architecture Management Framework consolidates infrastructure and hypervisor management and provisioning. It helps in reducing operational costs as well as complexity.

The Virtual Architecture Hosting Services are high density hosting services. These services can provide 4:1 consolidation over typical low-density hosting environments. It facilitates businesses to achieve up to 20 percent costs saving on traditional hosting contracts.
