ITEXPO West: Monday Evening Musings

There’s quite a bit of news coming from the gold coast as well -- the goings on of ITEXPO (News - Alert) West are happening all around me.

Ringio On InPhonex

A brand new service has been introduced at ITEXPO, called Ringio On InPhonex.

Thanks to a new partnership between InPhonex and Ringio, small- and medium-size businesses will now have access to PBX (News - Alert) features and functionalities.

Ringio On InPhonex “ROI” incorporates features from Ringio, a cloud-based calling service, and InPhonex, a telephony platform service provider. Small- to medium-sized businesses will now have the option for server-free advanced call center functions, including personalized greetings; the ability to route and forward calls based on the caller’s history; and a learning knowledge base about callers and other collaboration features, such as presence, notes and contact sharing.

But that isn’t the only announcement to come out of ITEXPO yesterday.

NACT (News - Alert)

NACT Solutions announced a series of partnerships and product enhancements that will enhance value proposition for the company’s clientele as well as boost its overall portfolio.

NACT is currently occupying booth #236 where its representatives will debut the new product enhancements alongside its new partner, VinciSoft.

A special guest speaker will be presenting – Jim Abbott, a former Major League Baseball pitcher turned inspirational speaker

As ITEXPO continues, we can expect to see more special events on the horizon. Such as the drawing on Wednesday for a brand new 2010 Mustang!

We hope to see you there!
