Xangati's XMD Recognized for Outstanding Innovation, Performance and Value

Cupertino, California based Xangati (News - Alert), Inc. is a four year old company that has specialized in VMware vCenter Management Suite. A VMware Technology Alliance Partner, Xangati, is considered to be one of the emerging leaders in infrastructure performance management (IPM). The company has recently announced that its Xangati Management Dashboard (XMD) was chosen as one of three finalists in the Virtualization Management category of the Best of VMworld 2010 Awards program at the VMworld 2010 conference in San Francisco.

The company informed that its XMD product was selected from out of more than 50 product nominees in its category, as well as a total entrant pool of more than 200 for all Best of VMworld categories. The product has been recognized for outstanding achievement in innovation, performance and value.

The Best of VMworld Awards recognizes outstanding products on display at the conference. Target is the official media partner for the VMworld awards. Its independent team of judges, consisting of experts and editors from SearchServerVirtualization.com reviewed and evaluated more than 200 submissions for this year’s VMworld.

The jury of the VMworld award selected XMD for its innovation, performance and value. In addition, XMD was also honored for its ease of integration, functionality and manageability, as well as filling an essential market need.

Xangati informed that its XMD comes with ground-breaking new capabilities – including ten industry firsts – for IPM management, enabling faster problem identification and resolution through performance insights across VMs, ESX hosts, storage, applications and end-user devices – all without server or desktop agents.
