EdgeSeven to Offer Lieberman Enterprise Password Management Products to Customers in U.K

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

Lieberman Software, a provider of enterprise password management and security management solutions, announced it has partnered with EdgeSeven to combine security information and event management (SIEM) capabilities to Lieberman’s privileged identity management (PIM) offering.

Under the terms of the partnership, EdgeSeven, an information security specialist, will provide Lieberman Software's PIM and security management products to EdgeSeven customers throughout the United Kingdom.

“The mission of our company is to provide organizations with world class situational awareness about the security activities across the enterprise,” said Jon Inns, co-founder of EdgeSeven, in a statement. “Lieberman's PIM capabilities are critical to us delivering on that mission as misuse, loss, sharing and compromise of high value credentials is still a huge problem for organizations.”

An integral part of Lieberman Software's products include Enterprise Random Password Manager (ERPM), an enterprise password management solution which automates tasks to discover, secure and audit privileged account credentials used by IT administrators and applications to access sensitive information and computing resources.

The enterprise password management solution also offers a line of Windows security management tools, including the User Manager Pro Suite and Service Account Manager products, according to officials at Lieberman Software.

Lieberman Software sees EdgeSeven as an ideal partner that helps them expand into the highly prospective U.K market. The company’s expertise in security monitoring and event management will be an added asset to Lieberman Software, according to company officials.

Recently, Lieberman Software announced a partnership with Fox Technologies (FoxT) to deliver an integrated solution that combines the PIM capabilities of Lieberman Software's enterprise password management solution with privileged user management (PUM) features of FoxT Enterprise Access Management solutions.

FoxT protects corporate assets within its enterprise access management solution that centrally enforces granular access entitlements, in real-time, across operating systems and business applications on any networked device.
