Sandra is a Sr. Marketing Manager of Avaya Global Support Services. Sandra is responsible for marketing Avaya’s support offers. Sandra has been in the telecommunications industry for over 25 years in a wide range of roles, including engineering of Nortel’s data network, sales engineering in carrier and enterprise markets, competitive intelligence and vertical marketing. Prior to working for Avaya and Nortel, Sandra worked for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in a network analyst role. Sandra received an Honours Co-operative Bachelor of Mathematics with a minor in Management Studies from the University of Waterloo.
