ConnectMeVoice: Benefits for Multi-User Businesses

We’d guess that if you’re a small to medium business, you’d probably think it cool to be able to communicate like a larger organization.

ConnectDirect also gives users a digital phone system that has the ability to grow with your needs.

“The service uses VoIP, and gives customers 25 extensions included with the ConnectDirect service, including an operator extension ‘0'’ We also give you a dial-by-name Company Directory so any employee can be found,” company officials say.

And as the host of your Internet Phone (News - Alert) System, ConnectMeVoice manages both your system and service for you. This means “you don't have to deal with the typical headaches associated with traditional phone companies,” company officials say, adding that since their system runs on Internet power, “there are no phone wires for anyone to manage. Yet when the Internet goes down, your call can still get through.”

And because it’s a hosted service, there's no software for you to manage or servers for you to check on.

Plus, in addition to the phone system infrastructure, ConnectMeVoice provides the phone service itself, “replacing your traditional telephone company and its big phone company prices. “

Essentially, “everything except for your phones themselves, is outsourced to ConnectMeVoice.”

And with the ConnectDirect Plan, you can select your preferences – “at any time a caller can go directly to voicemail” as well.

The system also comes with direct outbound dialing – “you can get an immediate dial tone to call out,” company officials say, as well as unlimited inbound and outbound dialing, unlimited minutes for all Internet phone calls and the flexibility to forward calls coming into your local, toll-free number, or ConnectMe Internet Phones to as many as six phone numbers.
