ConnectMeVoice Hosted PBX Levels the Playing Field for Small Businesses

By Stefania Viscusi, Assignment Desk Editor
N.J.-based telecommunications technology developer, ConnectMeVoice, also known as “ConnectMe” is helping small and medium-sized businesses take advantaged of today’s most advanced communications capabilities so they too can benefit from the cost-savings, convenience and professional presentation that traditional phone services lack.

The company’s hosted PBX (News - Alert) services start at only $14.95 per month, so smaller businesses don’t have to settle for inferior functionality and reliability.

In a recent TMCnet podcast, Scott Seltzer, president of ConnectMeVoice, took some time to chat about the company, their goals, and the benefits of Hosted PBX.

Seltzer noted that the company, which has been offering services since 1991, was originally known as “American Voicemail Network” and has grown from a company offering hosted voicemail and messaging for small businesses to one that know offers what Seltzer says are “the most sophisticated hosted PBX platforms available.”

In addition to evolving with the times and remaining at the forefront of telecommunications technology throughout both decades, Seltzer said the company’s goal is to, “continue to provide leading edge features and service to businesses ranging from the home office professional, to the enterprise, and to our partners and resellers.”

What’s kept the company unique from the competition, Seltzer notes, is their own developed code base, which offers “a tremendous level of flexibility” and allows the company to work with private label resellers, enterprises and other partners.

“Our ability to be flexible, and create the right programs for the right partners and customers is truly our strength,” Seltzer said.
