Twilio Collaborates with GoodData
Twilio (News - Alert), the cloud communications company, has entered into a partnership with GoodData, an on-demand business intelligence provider, to offer an integrated analytics app for tracking performance of voice and SMS enabled workflows.
With this partnership, users of Twilio can now use GoodData’s (News - Alert) Twilio Analytics app to view interactive dashboards displaying their voice and SMS usage without struggling with databases, Excel, or other complex tools.
Companies, through the interactive web-based dashboards, are able to gain insights into their marketing campaign performance, customer communication interactions, peak performance time frames, and operations optimization.
“We want to connect business people to business data, so offering a Twilio app is a no-brainer for GoodData,” said Roman Stanek, GoodData founder and CEO, in a press release. “Now, marketers, product managers and customer support managers can track business impact of their voice and SMS apps in a matter of seconds.”
GoodData will offer Twilio customers the power to create fully customized, embeddable, and powerful reporting tools for their Twilio-powered business applications.
Customers will also be able to view pre-configured dashboards and reports that are automatically updated with the latest data via the Twilio API, and create custom dashboards and reports with a simple, powerful drag-and-drop interface.
Company officials said the businesses can trend their Twilio usage over time, slice and dice Twilio data by phone number, call duration, success rates, and more.
It is also possible to enhance the Twilio Analytics with additional business data for a more complete picture of their business, including Salesforce CRM, help desk solutions like Zendesk, and web and product usage data.
In related news, Twilio, a provider of pay-as-you-go cloud communications services, has released Twilio Client, a software toolkit for web, iOS, and Android (News - Alert) development.
