By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

dinCloud, a cloud services provider for the next generation data center, announced their Next Generation Datacenter Luncheon Road Show in Southern California. The company will be stopping in El Segundo, Irvine and San Diego to show the benefits of a cloud-based data center.

Attendees will learn about cloud infrastructure, hosted virtual desktops and how to transition to the next generation data center.

dinCloud will also conduct live demonstrations showcasing virtualized applications and virtual desktop surfing on YouTube (News - Alert) and other Web sites. dinCloud 's services include hosted virtual desktops, cloud storage, virtual servers, application virtualization and hosted voice and video.

“The benefits of moving to the cloud are too big to ignore. But many businesses, especially smaller businesses, are intimidated by what they expect will be complex and disruptive,” said Saad Shahzad, chief strategy officer of dinCloud, in a statement.

“That simply is not the case, if IT assets are migrated properly. We have the leading experts in the field that make it happen smoothly, securely and most importantly without distracting you from your business,” Shahzad added.

Services of dinCloud include hosted virtual desktops, cloud storage, virtual servers, application virtualization, and hosted voice and video. Organizations can transfer capital expenditure and headaches into operational expenses that are fully managed.

Recently, dinCloud selected Asankya (News - Alert), the application delivery provider for network-intensive applications, to accelerate cloud storage services. With the use of Asankya's RAPID solution, dinCloud is able to increase the throughput of file transfers and thereby deliver a superior cloud storage environment.
