announced the release of the Netezza (

Alert) Data Virtualizer solution that is designed to help quicken and optimize the integration of data stored across multiple Netezza appliances.
Composite Software has stated that organizations with disparate and complex information environments count on them to increase data agility, cut costs and reduce risks. The new Data Virtualizer is powered by Composite and can be used to get an integrated view of data that is physically distributed across multiple Netezza appliances. The solution sends query results to reporting and analytic apps while Netezza appliances continue to manage their data.
Netezza has claimed that they offer data warehouse and analytic appliances that dramatically simplify high-performance analytics across an extended enterprise. By deploying these appliances organizations can process enormous amounts of captured data at exceptional speed, realizing a significant competitive and operational advantage in today's data-intensive industries.
Officials with Netezza has opinioned that as the enterprise-wide scale of their data analytics' needs continue to grow, their customers have exacting performance expectations for their BI applications.
